Includes a wireless remote control with a built-in timer function! Comes with (2) 8' fuel lines and a 7' modern car adapter line for a total of 23' of fuel line, 15 feet of 18AWG cord with an auto cigarette lighter plug end and LED power indicator.
GasTapper utilizes Fuel Flex 65
®
hoses (outlasts conventional vinyl hoses 10X), heavy duty cord and plastic spring loaded nozzle. The box container is top quality 3/16th thick with sealing gasket to prevent fumes from escaping so it's safe to store in your trunk temporarily. All connections are hand soldered. Fuel transfer rate is typically 1.2 gallons per minute. Rate can be higher or lower depending on if you are using the 1/4 inch modern car adapter as well as lift height.
Applications:
Transfer gas to or remove old gas from lawn mowers, tractors, generators, boats, Jet Ski's without getting a mouthful. Ideal for automotive shops and body shops that need to empty a fuel tank. Also great for filling your experimental aircraft.
We've seen and tested all the other items out there from name brand siphons to hand crank pumps that look like a gas nozzle. They are very poorly made and in many cases they did not work at all. Transfers fuel up to 70 gallons per hour with the 3/8 OD line and 55 gallons per hour with the 1/4 inch OD modern car adapter hose. This is the limit of this narrow diameter hose.
