    Description

    For your consideration is a fabulous Art Deco buckle. It measures 3 1/4'' by 1 1/2''. The maker's mark on the back is stamped= "WMCA" which stands for White Metal Casters Association and it was made in the 1930's.  There are 2 large clear rhinestones on each half of the buckle.
