Antique Art Nouveau Basse Taille & Sapphire Paste Brooch

Description

Very good vintage condition.  Some fine surface scratches, silver plating wear, and darkening of the sapphire paste stones.  The orange pearlized enamel is in great condition, in a glorious double plume fan motif.   Fastening is a simple pin and C Catch.
A gorgeous, intricate piece.
