Near Collector Quality Orvis Battenkill Impregnated Bamboo Fly Rod 8' 3/2 4 1/2oz 2-tips. One of Orvis' most desirable bamboo fly fishing rod configurations. Ideal rod for the trout angler who wants just one rod to handle virtually any situation. This rod can cast dries, nymphs, wets and streamers with equal authority. Marked as a WF7, but I, like most, fished it with a DT6. Drop down to a 5 for a faster action. The Orvis bamboo fly rod has been used sparingly as can be seen from the photos. Sections all go together straight and ferrules are tight with a resounding "pop" when separated. Comes with original tube and sock (which has a small stain). Warranty card and Orvis Instruction phamplet are also included making a complete package. The tube shows minor signs of use, but no dents and the label in near 100% with just a corner missing.
