I got this in a box of jewelry at an auction in Pennsylvania in the 1990s. I have always wanted to wear it, but never did. It is a genuine flapper headband or hair necklace. You would Bobby pin at the ends or perhaps use a ribbon to tie it. All stones are there. Very rare. I have no idea how much it is worth because I can’t find another example.
