Here is a Used Vintage 4 Piece Heddon Fly Rod that is 8'-1-3/4" Long. This Used 4 Piece Fishing Pole is an a Estate Sale Find. It comes in its Cloth Sleeve and Aluminum Protective Tube that is Missing the Cap. There are No broken Parts. I don't Know anything about Fishing or Fishing Poles in General.  Please look at the Pictures for Overall Condition and ask your Questions before Bidding.
