You are bidding on a 100% ORIGINAL WW2 German Luftwaffe UNISSUED Cotton Summer Fliegerkombie (Flight Suit), as used by various German bomber crews!
Development of protective flight uniforms and equipment began with the advent of military aircraft in WWI and continued on into the Weimar and the Third Reich eras, resulting in three distinct one-piece combination pattern flight suits being approved before WWII and worn for the duration of the war with minor modifications.
This auction features an 100% guaranteed pre-1945 German Flight Suit.
In NEW OLD STOCK condition, it is m
anufactured in light brown/tan cotton, it has a full length zipper in the front, as well as sleeve, ankle, and various access zips.
All zippers are made by RAPID.
The snaps are marked, "PRYM", and the original leather neck strap is also still present!
The manufacture label clearly indicates Karl Freisler, Berlin.
Appears to be a size 2B.
The colors are still VERY sharp, and all zippers are 100% functional!
